My boyfriend and I stayed at this elegant and professional hotel for 13 days, and we highly recommend it. We would also like to extend our specific thanks to the many staff members who provided exceptional and warm service. First and foremost, the hotel places a strong emphasis on cleanliness. Having traveled from Japan to Italy, I found its level of hygiene to be on par with the high standards of Japanese hotels. The housekeeping was also very prompt and flexible, accommodating our schedule and needs. Secondly, the reception was outstanding. Both check-in and check-out were efficient. The main entrance has an electronic lock at night, and even when we returned late, there was always a lobby manager on duty to open the door for us. This was crucial for our peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings out. However, what we were most pleased with during our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a rich variety of fresh food that showcases the local flavors of Italy and Brindisi. The fruit was always fresh and of high quality, and a selection of yogurt, nuts, and various beverages was also available. In the dining area, all staff members were courteous, professional, and efficient. We were particularly satisfied with and grateful for the service provided by Viviana. She is enthusiastic and full of energy; she also provided us and other guests with valuable information about major local events, which was incredibly helpful. I hope to see her again on our next visit.

Dimi House biedt airconditioning en ligt op 10 minuten wandelen van de kathedraal van Lecce. Er wordt dagelijks een zoet ontbijtbuffet verzorgd. Dimi is super friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We booked the large room. The room is very large and clean. Will recommend.

Het 4-sterrenhotel Europa ligt op de strook die de Grote Zee verbindt met de Kleine Zee in Taranto, op de kruising van de Via Roma en Corso Due Mari. We loved Hotel Europa. The rooms are large and have comfy beds. The location is perfect - close to everything! 5 minutes from the Old City and 5 minutes from the commercial center featuring the latest Italian fashions. But the piece de resistance and heart of the hotel is its staff - I was very impressed at their pro-customer approach at all times. From little things like welcoming you back to the hotel every time you come back to more complex issues which required going out of their way to help. We really appreciated everything and wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Europa.

B&B Affittacamere Vecchia Alimini bevindt zich in Otranto, op 7 minuten lopen van Spiaggia dei Gradoni, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge.... This was probably the best B&B experience I have had. The ensuite room was immaculate, very comfortable. It is very close to the city centre and right by a great supermarket. The hosts were excellent and very welcoming, and considered our dietary requirement and prepared specific food for us, and yes the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and nutritious too. Also private parking is a huge plus as the public roads are packed with cars. Highly recommended!
