This place is perfect for families, as the room comfortably accommodated my family of four. The space was incredibly spacious, which made our stay so much more relaxing after long days of exploring. The room came equipped with essential amenities that made our trip hassle-free, including a washing machine, hair dryer, and refrigerator—everything we needed for a convenient and comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better! Located close to Osu Shopping Street, with many eateries nearby. Plus, the Osu Kannon Station on the metro subway was just a 10-minute walk away, making travel around Nagoya super easy. There’s even a minimart near the station, which was perfect for grabbing quick snacks and essentials. Additionally, we loved the cute board on the wall in the room that provided information about interesting places nearby, including shops, restaurants, and other attractions. It was such a thoughtful touch and helped us discover some hidden gems in the area! What truly elevated our experience was the staff. They were incredibly polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or addressing our questions. Only 15 rooms, one of which is used for art exhibitions. I was in room 3. As I had an extremely stressful week so it was super healing to have this little mini escape @ the hotel. Amazing vibe, kind staff and service, Kano Morishita and the rest of the team were delivering service really @ the level of the Aman hotels. Taxis are not allowed to stop in front of the hotel, but the staff always walked me to the taxi to make sure I got on the right one. Private sky deck access late at night and early morning via a hidden entrance, plenty of cool art work and installations including Yoshitomo Nara’s work. Food & drinks. Hotel has 3 restaurants and is very popular for special occasions, the night I was here there were two wedding parties.
