It is a wonderful and relaxing environment and allows you to enjoy the best onsen experience. The hotel staff organised the shuttle bus for us even though it passed 6pm to ensure we made it to our dinner reservation. The food provided was 10/10, possibly one of the best meals we had in Japan ! And I forgot an item when I left the hotel, the staff just mailed it to my next hotel within the next day. Will definitely come back!

Yumotokan está muy bien situado en el barrio de Ogoto Onsen, Otsu, a 16 km de Templo Enryaku-ji, a 17 km de Monte Hiei y a 19 km de Templo Shoren-in. The hotel was beautiful and I enjoyed the four different onsens in there. A few of the onsens (indoor) were a little on the older side, but the outdoor rock pool was spectacular. The facilities were really great. Dinner was really high quality food, although I felt a bit rushed. The breakfast buffet was spectacular.

It's like moving to a brand new house, and everything is all setup and ready for you.
