Sea Sand Resort dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Kalpitiya. Super hotel and good value for money! This tidy and clean. You have the option to have fan or AC. The bathroom is outside with a roof, but all hotels are like this in this city. The owner is very nice and answers all questions very quickly. The hotel is well located, close to other hotels/restaurant and to KSL camp if you want to kite. I’ll come back!

The host, Roshan, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We even got a free upgrade for our room. The room was very clean, mosquito-free and very fancy! The location was very quiet, in the middle of nature and still quite close to the national park, where we had a great day organized by them as well. They arranged breakfast and lunch for us during this trip and we got to share a jeep last minute with another couple so it was a bit cheaper. The jeep driver was very capable, a very good driver with a sharp eye. We saw 4 leopards, 3 bears and all possible kinds of birds during our full day safari. The food was exceptional, we got an entire buffet for breakfast and dinner so you could choose what to eat, ranging from soup to Sri Lankan main dish and homemade desserts. They were very animal-friendly, with ducks, dogs and cats running around freely on the premises. In short: wonderful experience, do not hesitate to book!

El Kitelantis ofrece alojamiento frente a la laguna en Kalpitiya. El establecimiento cuenta con instalaciones para practicar deportes acuáticos y piscina al aire libre. The staff are the best! Specially the manager Jessie, so nice to talk to and helped us with everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also lovely. Location is amazing, if you want a very beach jungle vibe this is the place. The pool bar was probably my favourite. Oh and if you want to go to the beach you go by boat, just a couple of minutes. Almost no tourist around.

Incredibly beautiful location. We were kindly upgraded to the cabanas on the beach which are absolutely stunning. The design is beautiful and we lived with no shoes for three days moving from cabana to the beach and restaurant

The Backwaters Lodge se encuentra en Wilpattu y dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis. Este alojamiento, que cuenta con recepción 24 horas, también ofrece barbacoa. El personal muy amable y atento, la comida rica y en gran cantidad. No pudimos hacer el safari debido a las crecidas del Río y en el hotel nos ofrecieron muchos otros planes. Como un tour en barco y la posibilidad de de bañarnos en varias zonas.
