It's our second time, last time the apartment seemed to be in the same building but a different flat. Perhaps there are several flats in the same building, so when you book, it's a lottery - which one you get. This time the bed turned out to be more convenient, not so extremely soft as in the previous case. So one could sleep normally. It's my observation that there might be different kinds of mattresses depending on the concrete flat.
