It was trully unique and exceptional stay with so many details in rooms and the whole building. Staff was very friendly, and location was amazing and quiet. Beds were comfortable and it was amazing to look at hand-painted ceilings and other crafts. Terrace was amazing.

Very clean, close to the city center, in a quiet location, free parking. The customer service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They were able to get some medicine delivered for my wife after hours. They helped my wife get a birthday cake and decorate our room to surprise me for my birthday. Issam, Mahmoud and Mohamed provided the best customer service possible, they were impressive. We had a great experience because of them. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Also the great breakfast served in our room was very romantic.

Ajmad was our point of contact when we arrived at the airport, he was very friendly and helpful with all our needs❤️would love to come back again to them.
