The room exceeded our expectations. Having a private balcony with the view on both Senglea and Birgu and shared rooftop terrace was a highlight. The room was very clean, spacious enough to feel comfortable. The kitchenette had sink, fridge and microwave. The bed was wide and very comfortable. Contact with the owner and all the instructions were very easy to follow.

Everyone was kind, welcoming and friendly. They were full of advice and suggestions for our trip and went above and beyond our expectations and very accommodating of our needs and preferences. What stood out in particular was the breakfast which was different every day and delicious. Like going to a restaurant each morning. Nelli is extremely concerned about the comfort of her guests; in our case, even before we arrived to her establishment with taxi assistance from the airport for a late evening arrival. We stayed for 4 days...every single day she served a delicious breakfast, changing up the offerings daily so we wouldn't get bored (although completely unnecessary!) She gave us helpful travel and tourism information too. If felt like we were staying at a dear friend's home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and we wanted for nothing. The location was excellent as well.

We found the location to be perfect, a stylish old fashioned feel to the area only 5 minutes walk from the fort, the harbour and many other attractions. If you want a quieter neighbourhood but still really central and with a fantastic outlook, then Grand Harbour View is about perfect. On a more mundane note it was marvelous to have a washing machine and drying rack (this wasn't the first stage of our holiday and the facilities here were so useful).
