- Staff are very friendly.. the security guard at the entrance door, front liner staff at the front desk.. the housekeeping personnel.. every one of them carried their jobs well. No parking lot alocated under the hotel or the customers... its a free parking elsewhwere.... I found cockcrouche( lipas on my bed... i need to kill it before go to bed... Overall is good. Not that bad. Why no heater guy to make drink int room...

Hotel staff very helpful. Overall hotel lobby and restaurant is good. The rooms are very spacious. It has a strategic location. Hotel has free parking lot on first come first serve basis. Nearby to food shops. Great for big groups and families.

Took the queen room for me and wife for weekend stay. The hotel was a stone throw away to Komtar and City Square. There were plenty of restaurants and street foods near the hotel. Hotel has free parking lots for those driving over.

Plenty of free parking right in front of the hotel as it is located in the street full of offices which will most likely closed after 5pm. Maybank just around the corner on the left and located right next to Aeon Permas Jaya (literally 1 min walk to AEON car park). Staff was really friendly and the lobby area is quite clean. Great water pressure for shower. Towel is thick and comfy. The location is also quite convenient as it was nearly 10 -15 minutes drive away to the City Centre, Mount Austin, and some of the major malls.
