Great communication with the host; she welcomed us early. :) Just a comment for those that want to spend time by the sea - the place has no direct access to the seashore; there's a fence around the house and fences everywhere. We wish that we had asked about it to the host before we booked the place, because our main goal was walking by the sea and fishing.

Some units in the guest house have private entrance and are fitted with desk and wardrobe. We stayed at the Goldin Guesthouse. We really liked the hospitality. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped and beautiful. There was also a large living room with a fireplace. Anna treated us like family. She baked and brought us fresh homemade bread in the morning. And we could always make waffles from the dough she left for us in the fridge. Most importantly, she told us when to expect to see the Northern Lights. Without her, we would not have been able to see it. There is a beautiful lake next to the house and the most fun was seeing the Northern Lights in the middle of the lake surrounded by forest.

Beautiful location with exceptional rooms, spaces and the most helpful and friendly staff out of all the places I stayed. Amazing food and ambiance. Contemporary and eclectic. Will definitely be back!
