Staying at this guesthouse was an absolute delight from start to finish. The owner and the staff were some of the warmest and kindest people I've ever met, so welcoming, genuinely friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The owner even gifted each of us beautiful bukhoor before we left and waved us goodbye until we were out of sight. It felt like leaving family. They went out of their way to help us find an adapter we needed, and little touches like complimentary coffee and dates always available at the reception made us feel incredibly at home. The terrace offers a stunning view which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or for enjoying sunrise. The guesthouse itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated in traditional Omani style, and has everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of old Nizwa. You can easily walk to the souq, the fort, and all the main attractions. It’s also just a short stroll from where the Mwasalat Muscat–Nizwa buses drop you off. This was truly one of the most memorable stays of my life. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the comfort...everything was perfect. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Nizwa. Highly, highly recommended!

First of all I want to appreciate our hospitable host Hossein, he is a welcoming gentleman that we felt we're in our home. The guesthouse is located in a tranquil and peaceful area , however it's in walking distance to attractions such as Fort and Nizwa Souq! Also he suggested us some places to visit in the way back Muscat which was a great suggestion.

The staff (Khanal) was great. The food was great. Cleaning was great. Best place to stay if you want to do the balcony walk or the Jebel Sums summit.

Este hotel, antigua casa de un maestro, es un tesoro ubicado junto al zoco de la ciudad en la parte más antigua. El mimo de la decoración y del ambiente es maravilloso. Nuestra habitación era preciosa, con un baño inmenso y una bañera clásica con mucho estilo. (Creo se trataba de la habitación número 10). El hotel tiene una azotea donde puedes sentarte y ver toda la ciudad y la cordillera en el horizonte. Quiero mencionar especialmente a Jahid que fue muy amable y facilitador.

The host Ahmed was spectacular, incredibly accommodating and hospitable. Great location to access nearby attractions like Jabal Shams and Al Hoota Cave. I'd highly recommend the nearby zoo in Al Naseem Park as well. The rooms were super clean and the place was comfortable. Highly recommend this place for travelers!

La amplitud y comodidad de todas las estancias. El patio de entrada está puesto con muchos detalles y con mucho gusto, sentarse alle cada mañana y cada tarde fue un placer. La localización es fantástica, está cerca de todo a pie, por lo que es muy fácil visitar todos los puntos estrella de Nizwa y tener una oferta de restaurantes muy amplia. Samuel, el encargado de nuestra acomodación, fue muy amable y sus recomendaciones excelentes. Totalmente recomendable en Nizwa. Fácil aparcar en la puerta

بيت نُزل السلام التراثي Bait Salam Inn está en Al Ḩamrāʼ, a 43 km de Fuerte de Nizwa, y dispone de habitaciones con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis, y servicio de check-in y check-out exprés. A wonderful place among palm trees where we can relax and disconnect. The host, Hamza, was very kind to us. He was always attentive to our needs and treated our little ones with great care. It was a pleasure to talk with Hamza.
