A terrace can be found at the lodge, along with a garden. It’s an extremely beautiful hotel, a very nice place to stay and enjoy lake Titicaca. The owner of this hotel and his family are very nice and helpful. Although it is chilly outside, they keep us comfortable inside. They also assist to arrange transportation for us.

Walter and his family's lodge is one of the best places to live comfortably and observe the real life of the Uros people. I was worried that it would be cold. but the living conditions pleasantly surprised me - hot water, a large bed with duvets, huge windows through which the sun heats the room during the day and gas heaters for the evening. Walter's mother cooked delicious, fresh and healthy food for us. Walter took us on a boat ride every day and helped organize all the excursions. To work online, we needed the Internet, and in this part of the lake the mobile signal is strong enough to work. Because on the islands that are farther from the coast, the Internet connection is weak. Great experience!

The family is so lovely, kind and helpful. They also organized a trip to Taquile island and Uros Titino island for me, with small private boat for very reasonable price. Breakfast is included in price, they also offer lunch and dinner (20 soles per meal at the time of visit). Sometimes they skip the lunch due to a lot of work they have. Jesus (son of Valentin) also explained what is possible to do there, because there are nice places to walk around Llachon peninsula. You can also rent a kayak. Rooms are spacious and clean, with hot water, internet is working quite good. Be aware that it can get pretty cold there, especially during the night. But they have very thick duvets and extra thick blankets.

The property is 7 km from the city centre, and right in front of Titicaca lake. The Lodge was located very nicely and the view, especially for sunset, was incredible. Eddy and his family are super nice people, we booked all-inclusive and had the 2h Uros-Boat-Tour on the day of our departure, which was very interesting. In addition, they did a great job with the gluten-free meals (as my girlfriend is coeliac).

We decided not to take a classic tourists tour of tikitaca lake, and we booked the night at this lodge on our own. They came to take us with boat and we made our own trip far from tourists arrangements. The lodge was really as pictures, perfect and romantic. The dinner was really nice. The bathroom is really nice and unbelievable for being in the middle of the lake.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy an American breakfast. It was the BEST night we spent in our one-month stay in Peru. Was expecting something basic, afterall it’s on a floating island and the price is so cheap. When we arrived, everything was perfect. The room was so nice, with a giant and super comfortable bed, super nice view of the lake, the room also comes with a cute balcony where we hung out most of the time during the day. Meals were served to our room, shower came with hot water, love every bit about the stay here that we wished we had booked for one more night.
