We stayed in one of the little houses, the AC works well so as the shower and the WiFi. The breakfast is changing every day with some local specialities to try, and taken in the beautiful garden close to the mansion. They packed some breakfast for us when we started a visit at 5am. We received the best advice on how to visit the island, including what to do to climb the volcano Hibok Hibok (you need a guide and a permit). Everything felt like a little tropical paradise, and really authentic compared to other places we have been in the Philippines. We also found an amazing and affordable restaurant 2 minutes away, we went back 3 times (Tambayan Sa Kanto Tuna Restaurant) Thank you for having us, we will come back for sure!

Bahandi Beach Lodge is gelegen in Mambajao, op een paar minuten lopen van Strand Agoho, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. Alles was GEWELDIG hier! We maakten gebruik van de airport transfer en werden warm welkom geheten. Vervolgens een rondleiding over het resort en kregen we een kaart met uitleg over alle mooie plekjes en de beste restaurants van Nana. De accommodatie was ontzettend schoon, elke dag werd er ook schoongemaakt. De algemene ruimte was ook perfect, hier hebben we onder andere yoga kunnen doen op de matten die er liggen. De hosts doen er alles aan om je verblijf super te maken. We hebben via hen een scooter kunnen huren voor een goede prijs en konden dingen lenen zoals een boodschappentas en borden/bestek voor als we iets zelf wilden klaarmaken. Ze waren ontzettend vriendelijk. De omgeving was ook prachtig, je loopt zo naar het strand toe en rijdt zo naar een hoop goede restaurants.

Het Somewhere Else Boutique Resort biedt een privéstrand aan Agoho Beach en villa's met airconditioning, uitzicht op zee en gratis WiFi. This place is probably one of the best I have ever experienced in the Philippines. The views, the place and the rooms were great, but the best of it was how welcoming the team was. We felt like we were visiting a family member. From the very beginning they picked us up from the airport, they helped us and explained everything in a very personal way. We had an array of transportation possibilities facilitated by the team. The rooms and the facilities were all properly clean and they were well equipped to cover for all needs. The breakfast was simply the best we have had so far around the country. It was big, it was tasty and nicely presented. Overall it was an amazing experience and we are so thankful for the treatment we received.

The facilities are outstanding — the design, decoration, and natural surroundings are truly one of a kind and create a magical atmosphere. From the very first moment, the staff went above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable for us. Their service was simply exceptional. We were also lucky enough to meet the owners and learn more about this beautiful and unique project — it made the experience even more meaningful. And last but not least, the food was top quality. We highly recommend trying the pork belly — absolutely delicious! Thank you for making our honeymoon so special. We’ll never forget it!

Vasquez Residence Cozy Homestay ligt in Mambajao en biedt gratis WiFi, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Autoverhuur is beschikbaar bij de homestay. More than a simple homestay: Ray and Samantha (and of course the fantastic cook Ata Mercy!) made us feel part of their family. The house is very clean, close to the port, in a beautiful green area. The bedroom was huge and the bed so comfy!! But more than everything else I appreciated this sense of home. They invited us to eat together every day and it was the best filipino food ever!! Chatting, sharing ideas and life stories, karaoke nights...it was such a pleasant stay!
