The price was also very reasonable, and I would definitely love to stay here again. There is also a cafe attached to the property, and everything was excellent What I appreciated the most was that all the staff were extremely friendly and the quality of service was excellent. I highly recommend trying the cakes at the café — they are truly amazing! 房間非常乾淨寬敞，而且離機場很近。價格也很實惠，我絕對還會再來入住 另外，飯店內還有一間附設的咖啡廳，那裡的蛋糕非常美味 最棒的是，所有的員工都非常友善，服務品質也很高。 咖啡廳的蛋糕真的很好吃，非常推薦！

Carl and Elize from the front desk took good care of us and helped us organize things like scooter rental etc. The food and the drinks at the sky bar - wich are on the 6th floor - never disappointed. The Hotel is in the middle of El Nido town. All shops an Restaurants are right there. We highly recommend staying here.

We asked for an extra bed which was no problem. The location is very nice, easy and convenient to get to Greenbelt and other shopping centres. We felt safe and looked after. The staff was AMAZING! They couldnt do enough for us and always had a smile on their faces. So far the best hotel I have stayed in, the service, room, food, facilities, and staff are impeccable! Thank you for making our stay in Manila memorable.

They will always check cars coming in, including the boot and running metal detectors under cars. Also, there's always at least 2 staff at the counter 24/7. With doorman/ security guard at front and back entrances. 2) Location is central and safe. Surrounded by many malls and you feel safe walking around at night. People are always around, including walking underpasses. 3) Facilities. The gym is available 24/7. There's someone manning the counter at all times. The pool is also large enough to swim laps. 4) Short walk to both weekend markets. Salcedo Weekend Market (Saturday) and Legazpi Sunday Market. 5) Great service overall. They have turn-down service every night. Also, amenities are well maintained and clean. 6) Breakfast spread is equivalent to paid quality buffet outside.

The staff, especially Mr James were excellent. We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.
