Found ourselves in Unaizah for overnight stay :-) Small town. Every corner is 15 minutes drive. Boudl Nakheel is a collection of chalets. If you're looking for facilities OUTSIDE your chalet, this is not where you should check in. We are a family of 4 - parents and two daughters. We loved our time indoors, chatting, cooking, watching TV, playing board games and enjoying a small pool good for the girls to splash around. Small kitchen, very well equipped. Toilets and ACs working fine in every way. Cleanliness is super important for us and this place was super clean. Boudl should reward their staff as this review has been earned by housekeeping.
