With Persian carpets, decorative curtains and old-style furniture, Hotel Royal’s rooms create a charming atmosphere. All rooms include a flat-screen TV. The location is perfect near the train station and it is a really lovely place to stay in. The staff were very welcoming and it was lovely to be able to avail of the Swedish fika in the afternoons on our return to the hotel. The courtyard outside is also a bonus. We had requested a quiet room and our room was perfect. Finally, the breakfasts were excellent.

Hönö Sjöbodar features lake views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Hönö. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home has family rooms. Something better than this would be difficult to find. The cabin was perfect with everything that I could need. It was very spacious with a great sea view. Kitchen had all the utensils I could need from a water kettle for tea to a dishwasher. I travelled alone with the goal of disconnection and relaxation but there is enough space to a larger group of people. The location is perfect, the shop (ICA) is near and within walking distance from the pier where the ferry leaves you or a bust stop. Best of all, the location between Hönö and Öckero islands. This way one can go hiking north to Öckero and Hälsö one day and another day go south to hike around Hönö and Fotö.

Situated in Härryda, 22 km from Vattenpalatset, Landvetter Airport B&B and Parking features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The house is very cozy and quiet, even more beautiful than we expected. The owners are lovely and they offer a service to take you to the airport (just 15 minutes by car). We spent there just one night but we would have liked to stay longer!

The design of the house is beautiful and stylish! The cleanliness is pristine and spotless. Deserves a 11/10 rating.

Really went above and beyond to help when our car was damaged. Place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too.

The location is excellent, close to the train and bus stations and the centre of town. The property is clean and light and has everything needed for a week’s stay.

This 3-star hotel offers room service and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 29 km from Havets Hus. This was a perfect place to stay. Our hosts were kind, caring and helpful. Thechotel has been totally renovated and is spotlessly clean. There is a nice terrace with a view over the sea and a bar open from 1500 to 2000 for the residents. The fish soup on our last evening was delicious.

Situated in Vargön, just 19 km from Vänersborg Train Station, Strandnära Stuga Vänersnäs features beachfront accommodation with free bikes, a garden, a private beach area and free WiFi. Boasting free private parking, the lodge is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as hiking, fishing and cycling. This place is absolutely amazing and I regret we only had short stay. I would definitely come back for longer relaxed holiday. We got a fully equipped small cottage - separate bedroom, bathroom and living space with modern kitchen equipment. Furnishing is stylish and looks new. Outside you can sit on the terrace and enjoy view of the beautiful horses. You are in the middle of nature. By short walk you get to a private beach on the lake - it is on the rocks, so maybe not for small children to play alone- but absolutely beautiful to sit, relax, you can do BBQ, swim. The nearest small town is 15 min drive where you have large supermarket and several restaurants. The hostess was friendly, came to welcome us and show everything.
