Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Hotel! We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was truly a pleasure. The hotel is extremely quiet, providing the perfect ambiance for relaxation. The interior is phenomenal – modern, elegant, and carefully designed with details that enhance the pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds are incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff is friendly and professional. Only 1 km from the centre of Maribor, the Črni Baron Pension Black Baron is located in Malečnik, 20 metres from a bus stop. Everything was great. The room was really cozy and welcoming, the beds were comfortable, the food is great and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. Thank you and we hope to return!!!

Wonderful place, extremely friendly and helpful hosts, and cozy rooms. The ski slope is right outside your windows. The food was perfect. The best part were the homemade breads and spreads. Dinner can be ordered on request, and it's really worth trying. We had a great weekend and we'll come back, ski season or not.

Great location in a quiet, peaceful setting outside of the city, but close from highway exit with pizza restaurant at a walking distance, we liked private check in with lockbox which gave us check in flexibility and no need of personal intetaction as we arrived late and vere tired. Parking was s big bonus! Apartment is clean and spacious. We had a great stay .

It was really well equipped and located right in what I’d say is the very center of the city. Everything — and I mean everything — was within about five minutes’ reach. Despite being so central, it was very quiet and peaceful. The owner was a wonderful person who always checked in on us whenever we had an issue, responding in less than five minutes every time. Overall, if I ever return to Maribor, this is 100% the place I would choose again!
