The rooms are immaculately clean and the attention to detail in the room (beautifully decorated) shows that that the owner(s) are very involved and keen to offer an exceptional stay to guests. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful. The service was exceptional from everyone we have met particularly from front house Bhak (not sure how to spell his name). He was very helpful in our multiple interactions with him offering sound advice and going out of his way to respond to our requests - always with a smile. The breakfast is very complete, with good variety, very fresh and tasty food. It definitely does not feel like a breakfast of a 3 star hotel! Access to the pool is also very welcome after a hot day sightseeing in Sukhothai. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby, would recommend Phum Phor (500m away) as it is a beautiful space with great food. Overall this is a beautiful property with lovely people and providing excellent value for money, beyond our expectations and will definitely return here if back in Sukhothai one day.

The staff are friendly and welcoming and we ended up getting two massages (two days in a row) because the first massage was the best of our lives.

The resort provides city views, a terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available. Pongsip and his wife and staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The food (Penang curry in particular) was delicious, as was the set breakfast (khao tom, fresh fruit platter and fresh orange juice were all amazing). The smoothies they made were fantastic - I don't think I've seen such a comprehensive choice of fruit smoothies anywhere! Aircon in my room was good and the decor was plain but clean and good. I gather that the rooms in the huts have more artistic flair.
