I am completely conquered by Ramira Joy Hotel for it's helpful, complaisant & attentive personnel, for it's attractive location (6 minutes to the Kleopatra beach and 5 minutes to everywhere, the market, shopping center, etc. I have also taken Hurrem's Spa procedure, which was fantastic. And , for any doubts, Kleopatra beach outstandingly gorgeous place to visit!!!The meal was diverse & delicious, dry white Chardonnay is worth trying, the room was cosy & comfortable, everything you need is available with staff assistance. I arrived at night and due to personnel was welcomed and supported. Fresh, clean laundry and towels, all bathroom stuff are completely provided.

There is a 24-hour front desk, valet parking service and gift shop at the property. In the hotel everything was fabulous. The staff were phenomenal and the level of service outstanding. We had visited the theme park in the summer and decided never to go back but this level of service and attention to detail changed our mind. There were so many people that made our stay so good it would be unfair to mention anyone in particular, everyone contributed to a warm safe friendly atmosphere

Akra Antalya is located on the seafront, this 5-star hotel is set in the city centre where you can enjoy the lively streets of the city accompanied by the calm and warm atmosphere of the Mediterranean landscape. Last year I spent my summerholiday in Akra. It was great, so I decided to go back this year during autumn break, which was even better. The weather was perfect and so was Akra. The hotel is really comfortable and clean. The room had an amazing view ,the gym was really good and the pools were too! The food was absolutely delicious, both breakfast and dinner. And the staff, oh my god, the staff. Everyone is just so kind , polite and helpful. Whether you talk to the cleaning lady or the waiters or someone at the reception desk...it doesn't matter. They also surprised me with a wonderful birthday cake in my room because it was my birthday (but I forgot it:)) .I really love Akra and the atmosphere there, so I will definitely go back there every time I need a break.
