The place is run by a family. The son helped us carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. The place has no elevator. Our room is huge with all the basic amenities. It's got a great view from the patio. On clear days one can view the sun rise there. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It's about a 10 min drive from the Tai Ping sky ladder. There are no resturants close by, so grab your bento from the Tai Ping old street. Highly recommended.

Be careful, though - Taiwanese people take their food very seriously, and so do the owners! Breakfast here resembles what we in Europe would consider a two-course dinner. And it’s exquisite. In short: peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable.
