This place is great. Honest, nice staff! Located in waffle house parking lot but not alot of people outside walking around. I forgot my pistol when we checked out and the owner called within 10 minutes to tell me to come back for it.

Great location and easy to get to everything. The river shuttle is right behind the hotel and several options to eat within walking distance so no worries about drinking and driving after the river. I like that all the rooms face the parking lot so you don't have to worry about your stuff.

The location for the property was great! Behind the hotel, the parking lot was quite large which was super convenient for my husband and I as we were renting a trailer to haul stuff from our storage unit after our stay! Also, there were little league baseball teams staying as well and it was a great space for the littles to play outside and burn some energy!

Our choice was made on a cost basis, which was good because we had a car. Good sized room and approachable hosts. Had laundry facilities available. Simple but clean with free parking available; although not allocated by room parking.
