Clean common area and rooms, well lit parking lot and common areas, and genuinely friendly staff.

Dan was helpful in sending instructions on getting to and into the property and on finding free parking which was nearly 2 miles away but not his fault. Place was clean and tidy.

The property is gorgeous. Pulling into the parking lot you immediately see an open yard, gazebo, and lots of beautiful flowers. We stayed in the Davis room (#4) which was charming and relaxing. The spa bath was perfect to relax before bed and after the beach. They always had fresh tea, coffee, soda, and wine available and the owners were happy to help with anything and everything. The complementary homemade breakfast was amazing we never left hungry. I would highly recommend this B&B I can’t wait to go back.

Great location with parking lots.Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds . Access to swimming pool and private beach ,Herring Cove beach and Race point beach is 5 minutes away by car.Delicious continental breakfast and restaurant on the side is the best!

The hotel was in a perfect location! We parked the car in the underground parking lot and walked everywhere in Salem. Our walking tours, restaurants and shopping were all just a very short walk away!! The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were adjoining and it is just what we were hoping for. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and had nice bathrooms.
