Het Loews Chicago Hotel heeft een lounge op het dak met uitzicht op de skyline van de stad, een modern restaurant en een groot binnenzwembad. We were really pleased with our choice of the Loews for our trip to Chicago. It is in a perfect location, close to Michigan Avenue and the river but we enjoyed Streeterville itself too- Roberts Pizza, Lao Sze Chuan, and the Shoreline boat tour- and we had a great view of the lake and Navy Pier. The hotel is understated but very very comfortable, with an incredibly comfortable large bed, a desk that two can use, an huge elegant bathroom with great hot water pressure, and total blackout blinds so we slept to 8am every morning. It is probably the most comfortable room we have had on our month-long overseas trip. The lobby is cozy, hip and functional like lots of private living rooms. We had brekkie at ETA every morning and the food was great, esp the remarkable lobster eggs Benedict. The pool was just ok and full of kids, but what can you do and at least they had a pool but no jacuzzi. My family enjoyed their Streeterville Social club bar for nibbles and drinks in the sun in the arvo. My family lives in Chicago and I would stay at the Loews again in a heartbeat when we visit.

The complimentary food provided was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the price for the night stay. It was wonderful :) The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Staff was courteous and smiling !!
