Highly recommend this spot for both short and long-term stays!

Very easy to check in/out, host replied promptly and was very approachable and offered clear instructions. Dark blinds, hot shower and comfortable bed and sofa/bed. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Flat is super new and well maintained. Avenue was busy (can’t park along it) but not too noisy. Terrace with barbecue was a plus, we loved it! There is a lift or staircase you can use. The room is big and comfortable with a little fridge inside and a separate bathroom. The entire apartment is available to use, but as the owner also stay in the same apartment, I only use the kitchen and my part of the apartment. Parking is available in front of the building as street parking, and I believe safe.
