We were extreamly pleased with the Hotel as everything was above what we expected and of a high standard. From the minute we arrived the staff were exceptionally polite and went out their way to make us feel relaxed and comfortable,   A special thank you to Trang and Linh two restaurant waitresses who were very polite helpful and some of the best I have seen in any hotel. Also the little girl in reception with glasses was more than helpful when we checked in as I had forgot my credit card but advised I could use my Apple Pay from my phone which solved everything . The restaurant was very clean well organised and had a very good selection of delicious food. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone as it is close to the beach in a quiet area and deserves its 5 star rating

The communication and extra pictures the staff sent prior to my booking made us feel confident in booking this place. And we are so glad we did!! From the moment we walked in the doorman and staff (shout out to Roze and Phuc)were so kind and welcoming to us. We entered our room with absolute pleasure seeing the gift the staff left us of rose hearts on the bed and the view omg the view!! Daphovina is a hop skip and a jump away from the beautiful beach. You cannot get a better hotel and location in my opinion. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious! The staff helped us with travel arrangements and sites to see! I’m seriously sad to check out of this place! The management and staff are amazing people who really want you to be happy!! The area in Nah Trang that this hotel is in is perfect with loads of restaurants coffee shops and places to see! Not a lot of horns on this side but still vibrant and exciting!! Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Great apartment that is located very close to the beach. Host was fantastic with communication over the time we stayed in Nha Trang. We will visit again in the near future and couldn’t recommend this place highly enough

It was clean and modern, in a great area, a lovely large room and quiet.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Grand Melia Nha Trang. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I don’t say that lightly. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back, and next time, I’ll bring even more people with me. From now on, every time I stay at another hotel, I’ll expect at least the same level of excellence as the Grand Melia, because it was simply incredible. I would like to give an honorable mention to the amazing team that made this stay so special. A special thanks to Win, Nam Le, Hanh Pham, Khoah Dinh, and Hoang Tran from the reception team, as well as Tuyen Tran from Song Spa and Sugar from the pool service. These are my personal favorites, but I also want to thank the entire staff at Grand Melia. You all contributed to making this stay unforgettable. For a little anecdote, we had originally planned to stay a few days in Cam Ranh, the airport city, at a well-known 5-star hotel (we’ll keep its name anonymous, but it starts with an “R”). To our surprise, the hotel was shockingly dirty. Even the staff seemed astonished by the state of the place. Needless to say, we packed our bags quickly and headed back to Grand Melia for one more night before our flight I will definitely return. See you again soon, Grand Melia! 💕
