Staff are excellent, especially on arrival as I was late, Sebastian sent detailed note on how to access room key/hotel. This was fantastic as I was tired and just wanted to get into my room with no hassle.. Ben is a credit to the hotel, so helpful with information for all guest, super friendly as front of house staff, really makes guests welcome. Bar staff were brilliant always greeted you with a smile and a nice drink after a long day on the mountain. Staff 10/10

We would like to thanks all the staff from MalisGartern for their professional approach, especially the Calvin who was very helpful, kind and always ready to assist. Also big thanks to Anton, and also Judy our guide for hiking. She is very big professional and kind person. We spent a very nice day hiking in Tirol Alps. Also big thanks to Simone from the bar, she is big professional bartender and always prepare tasty drinks for us. The environment of the hotel is very quiet, which suits for us very well as we were looking for relax. The pool, Spa and garden were amazing and our jacuzzi on the balcony was the cherry on the top :) We would like to fully recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!

I simply liked everything about this hotel. I felt expected long before arrival - I received comprehensive messages by email + there was a phone call a week before the check-in date. Lovely staff, smiling and engaged. Excellent breakfast and menu in the restaurant: a la carte + offer of the day (classic + vegetarian option). Great bartender - I particularly enjoyed the aperitif (the Gin Cassis Fizz interpretation) and the mezcal. The massage was perfekt - as strong as I wanted and very stress relieving. And I know that from a 5* hotel you can usually expect a lot, but not to every hotel I would like to return, and to this hotel I would very much like to come again :-)

Hello :) We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Haidachhof, excellent position, fantastic services and outstanding spa experience ( the outdoorpool - hot drinks). Rooms are very cosy, designed to the detail. Hotel’s atmospher is very friendly-family like. We had half -board, but the hotel offers buffe services between 14:00 -17:00 which was amazing with great choice of tasty dishes hot and cold. Breakfasts and dinners are great. Dinner service with lovely presentation of the main dishes and again bufe with wide variety of cold and hot dishes. Thank you and we hope to see you again ❤️ Lucy + Martin

    The breakfast was a standard one. The hotel was clean and our room pleasant. Concerning the staff, while the young man in the reception desk was very king and helpful, the two women in the breakfast were rather rude and with problematic english, so it was difficult to communicate.
