Everything! Location close to the Mürren BLM station. The staff were awesome, made you feel like it was our home away from home. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The owner Ema was especially nice and helped us find a solution to an inconvenient situation. The room balcony.

Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place. Most amazing view of snowy mountains, beautiful valley below, listening to and watching avalanches in the distance, the charming town of Mürren complete with a light sprinkling of snow before bed. Friendly, helpful staff. It was the best birthday ever as we were greeted for our dinner reservation with complimentary champagne, confetti, & Happy Birthday napkins. Truly a magical experience!
