The apartment is very clean and bright, the bed is comfortable, the towels are clean, all is new, situated just 1min from the subway, room cleaning is also provided. There is a supermarket and a mall with many food courts just near the exit of the block of flats. We are very grateful to Lisa for her advise, help and support during our staying. The accommodation is close to all Shanghai main attractions as well as closer to the Metro lines with connection toward all directions! The team managing the property are amazingly careful, always supportive and with the best intentions to help in having a good overall Shanghai experience (@Ben and Team, you are fantastic!) The rooms are spacious, well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the stay and feel like home! Cleaning is perfect and I always found my room so neat and clean, even I specifically did not wanted my bedclothes changed every day (and that did not happened) but they looked like . I had an amazing stay and cannot recommend the property more as it is so convenient and with such high level of services! Thank you all there!

Everything was perfect! We were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel, and in the morning the transfer back was arranged right on time. The room was clean and comfortable. I would especially like to mention the staff, everyone was very polite and tried to help with everything. For example, when we wanted to order food and drinks through a local app, the staff kindly placed the order for us using their own device. The hotel grounds were also pleasant, and we enjoyed a short walk around the neighborhood :)

I have been to Shanghai for several business in a row. This is the best apartment, clean and tidy. There is a super-large living room, and the bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. The house is designed very creatively. The surrounding facilities are very complete. Xintiandi, French Concession and Nanjing Road are all nearby. The check-in process is very simple and convenient, and the staff is also very enthusiastic. If I hadn't booked a ticket, I would like to stay for a few more days. Thank you, landlord. Xiexie.

We never imagined finding such a wonderful place to stay near The Bund! The host reached out to us about two weeks before check-in, and although we felt a bit nervous paying the deposit upfront, it turned out we had nothing to worry about. The host was completely trustworthy. The apartment was spotless and well-organized, complete with all the essentials we needed - from an iron to fully-functional kitchenware. What really stood out was the fantastic location; we were just a short walk away from Shanghai's top attractions. All in all, it was an absolutely delightful experience!

Absolutely loved my stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming—always prompt to respond to any questions and available whenever I needed to reach out. Any small issues were handled quickly and smoothly, which made the entire experience stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless—clean, tidy, and clearly well cared for. On top of that, the location was perfect: just a short walk to the metro station and close to so many great spots around the city. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
