It was last moment call for reservation and we didn’t regretted. Very nicely renovated place, cosy and enjoyable Very friendly host. The room - clean and stylish. Very cosy commun living room with possibility to take evening cup of tea. Good breakfast. In general very good impression about this guest house.

The facilities were ideal for our needs. We stayed overnight en route to our final destination. It was decently equipped and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The TV was good with Netflix/Disney/Prime apps available (you need your own log ins) and WiFi was excellent. The area was quiet and parking was easy. We had a spot on the street right in front of the house but there is also a private spot available. If you want to eat out, I'd recommend booking in advance as there weren't many places within walking distance but several a short drive away. There is a supermarket within walking distance, open until around 8pm so you can pick up items for a meal.

I had the pleasure of renting a beautiful house in La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, France, for a few days with my family, and I can't say enough positive things about our experience. This house truly exceeded our expectations in every way. First and foremost, the house itself was impeccably designed and maintained. The interior boasted a modern and stylish renovation, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. With two spacious bathrooms, our family had all the convenience we needed. It was evident that the owners took great care in ensuring every detail was perfect. One of the highlights for us was the thoughtfulness displayed in providing children's toys. Our child had a blast playing with the toys provided, which kept them entertained and allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay even more. It's touches like these that make a vacation truly special and memorable. The location of the house on a charming, cozy street added to the overall appeal. It was such a pleasure to wake up in the morning and step outside to take in the picturesque surroundings. The ambiance of the neighborhood perfectly complemented the beauty of the house itself. Our stay in this house in La Ferté-Saint-Aubin was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed home away from home in the heart of France. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful retreat for our family. We are grateful for the memories we created here. I must also highlight the exceptional responsiveness and helpfulness of the property owners during our stay. We encountered a minor issue with the front door lock, which had a special security feature that we couldn't figure out. However, the owners quickly sent someone over to demonstrate how it worked, and their prompt assistance was greatly appreciated. It's clear they take the comfort and safety of their guests seriously.

Clean, smart and had everything we needed in a great location.

Bed comfortable, property clean, instructions to get in were clear, position= easy walk into town but quiet. Town has good facilities, walking along the river or in woodlands and a beautiful chateau. Staff efficient, kind, and helpful.

The peace and the view were the most amazing, the house had a beautiful appearance, and the owners very friendly. Breakfast was also delicious.

Cheap.parking.acceptably clean in the room.

Extremely welcoming host, went to great lengths to make our stay as comfortable as possible. House is located in a peaceful, beautiful village, surrounded by gardens to which we were allowed free access. Even had a table set to enjoy the sunset, and even a snack. We arrived late and on a holiday, but our host went to check if the local pizzeria was open for take away, and even brought us a leaflet. The pizzeria, by the way, is really good and just a 5 minute walk. The house is full of character and history, and the bedrooms extremely spacious and comfortable. It was amazing to be able to spend the night in it. And the breakfast was - again - incredibly good. Sebastien, many thanks for welcoming us to your house.
