Stayed for three nights but only two partially used toilet paper rolls were provided. There was also an issue with the hot water turning cold midway through the shower. However, the host was responsive and provided prompt assistance when contacted.

We were extremely happy with our stay at OKKOs! Very cozy rooms, superfriendly staff, great lounge are were they provide free snacks and drinks. The rooms are also very well insulated, so was very calm despite a lively street outside.

    Modern and well-decorated hotel inside a historical building nearby the city center of Lille. I really enjoyed the facilities, the staff was super friendly and it was great to have a more relaxed ambiance in the bar downstairs. I also really liked that they offer an express type of breakfast with a value of 6,50 per person, which includes 2 pieces of patisserie, 1 warm and 1 cold beverage. Really worth it. And a big plus is that they are pet friendly and that I could bring my dog with me.

    Excellent location. Good hotel with good size rooms. Great staff members. Always willing to go the extra mile to help you and make you stay memorable. Our mini bar fridge wasn't working when we checked in. Staff tried everything to get it going but failed. They offered to keep our dog food in their bar fridge but we opted for an ice bucket instead. Next day morning they replaced the fridge with a working one. Front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. Thank you.
