We had an absolutely wonderful time in Saint Malo and a big reason for that was our stay at Hôtel Le Nautilus. The couple owning and running the place are absolutely lovely! We got lots of wonderful recommendations, without having to ask for them, all tailored to our Interests and duration of stay. Our Room was small, which was to be expected in a hotel in the Old Town, but we had everything we needed! Our favourite aspects, apart from the fabulous Hosts, were the Bed (extremely comfortable, we're now dreading to return to our own bed) and the lovely breakfast (great selection and more than enough food). Also the location in the Old Town was really amazing for us, as it gave us the opportunity to come back to get stuff or rest at any time of the day! When we wanted to go swimming by the beach they even offered us additional beach towels. In conclusion: amazing hospitality, fantastic location and wonderful facilities! Thank you so much for having us, we'll be back!

The location was very good! We found it to be centrally located - very near the restaurants and shops yet was still not crowded or noisy. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff , on 15 of September after one week of stay there - I came to report the claim to my company but I find that my invoice lost I was looking everywhere for the invoice because the company will ask me to report it. I couldn't find it, so I decided to contact hotel. At first, I thought, 'They probably won't respond, just like my experience with another hotel.' But within two minutes, I received the invoice!
