Excellent swimming pool and steam room. Functional gym. Good selection at breakfast and the staff serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Had a twin room with great shower. Big smart TV which let me mirror my phone screen. AC worked well and having a window in the room was a bonus. Excellent customer service on reception. Lots of parking. Thought it would be a bit noisy as we were so close to the airport but it wasn't at all!

Excellent value for money! Comfortable and spacious room, very clean with coffee, water and biscuits as complimentary offers. Very cool decor with a lively bar and lounge area. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, really focused on providing the best experience. The breakfast is generous and they provide customers with take away bags. It's a pet friendly place, with treats for doggos and just a great energy. Close to a nice lake and park, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay!

So close to the arena - perfect location. The quality of the room was excellent - very comfortable night’s sleep, spacious and it’s a dog-friendly hotel too.

Great location, fantastic staff, really friendly. Dog friendly hotel and restaurant…our dog loved it. 5 mins from NEC and really easy to find by road. I will definitely use again, everyone made us really welcome and the room was a good size as well.

property was clean ,staff great snd very helpful Food was very nice and reasonably priced Dog friendly with drinking and eating areas that accomidated the dogs with a view of the pool which my dog loved lol excellent location only a few minutes drive from the NEC ( literally next door ) Breakfast was extra at £10 each but well worth it requested ground floor on booking and got ground floor 😊 pool looked lovely but unfortunatly never had the chance to have a swim on this occasion
