Fantastic location by the seaside. Best part of the town. Hotel is really fragrant and very tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Fabulous room with balcony. Sparklingly clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Lots of hot water. Good wifi. The breakfast is outstanding - the best hotel breakfast we have ever had, a real feast. The hosts are lovely - helpful and cheerful. Will definitely stay again.

I loved eco-house and felt myself like home there. The area is great, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room is clean and cozy having everything to relax: comfortable bed, air conditioner, small balcony with sea view. Breakfast was homemade and delicious.. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Otar, Laura and Eka for your responsiveness and your help. I will definitely come back!

We stayed here for 3 nights with three people from Armenia, and I can confidently say that this is the best option in terms of value for money. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from some of the best restaurants and very close to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. A special thanks to the guesthouse administration Sofo and Gvantsa, who is incredibly welcoming and kind. She was always quick to provide solutions to any of our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room is amazing fire - cozy, with cool modern renovation, everything is done stylishly. The kitchenette was very useful, it was enough for us. The apartment is amazing and the view it couldn't be much perfect!!! Has some featured such as beach stuff: towels, picnic mat, umbrellas, raincoats. Also has clothes drying rack, extra towels and duvets, extra heating, 2 TVs, furniture in the balcony. Enough staff for a long stay. The decor is exquisite. The bathroom is quite nice, has extra toilet paper, cleaning products and also washing powder for the washing machine. I wish I could stay longer there.
