Everything was extremely good. The most delicious food we’ve tried on our way from Mestia to Ushguli. Very welcoming people and cool guard dog. Quiet place, very close to Ushguli, but not so touristy and messy. Cool common zone with a bar and a fireplace!

Our stay was very special here so we spent an extra night in Ushguli! The location is perfect, the vegan dinner and breakfast was tasty and very creative. Rooms and common spaces are feels like home but the biggest benefit is the host lady! She is very a kind person with huge heart. We had nice talks and I felt real and deep connection between us! The host was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered breakfast and mentioned that we are vegan and vegetarian, and she was able to prepare an amazing breakfast. It was the best breakfast we had throughout the whole trek from Mestia to Ushguli, very diverse and tasty. :)

Data is a great guy and so nice and helpful. We had to arrange a ride from one of the village to Ushguli and we contacted him - he answeared right away and took care of it. Also I had a knee problem after the track so he got me an ointment for the pains. It was clean and comfy.

We had such an amazing stay at Miranda's Guesthouse. Perfect place to get a real authentic taste of Ushguli with the best views in town on Ushguli church and the mountains. The food was freshly homemade, super tasty and very diverse! They have a lot of animals, which are fun to watch, including horses. They offer horse ride tours which looks pretty cool, though we didn't do it because I'm afraid of horses :). The beds and duvets were cozy and comfy. The hosts are very warm, friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Clara!

Sit in the courtyard and watch the Shkhara mountain - I can do it all day! The guesthouse provides basic but sufficient facility, can do laundry which is very imported after 3-4days hiking, location is kind of central among the 4 villages of Ushguli so it's easy to walk around. The host lady is very friendly and helpful, and the jam offered in the breakfast are super!

Raul is the greatest host! Really nice and funny, always looking to help or pour you a glass of chacha. The guesthouse is a really old house, with a magnificient dining room. Room was clean and beds were good. I had a really nice and tasty dinner and breakfast. Overall a really nice place to spend the night when you trek from Mestia to Ushguli!

I stayed here while trekking from Mestia to Ushguli and this was by far the best guesthouse I stayed in during the 5 days. Medea is an absolute star - she picked me up from Iprali, even though the road conditions were terrible and she made sure I was completely comfortable throughout my stay. Bath robes and slippers are available in the rooms (which is not the norm in guesthouses along the trekking route). The meal service was absolutely fantastic - fresh and varied food, including handmade pizza which Medea learned to make during her years living in Italy. Although the guesthouse is not directly in Iprali, it is absolutely worth staying here if you are trekking. Medea provides a level of service and comfort that you just will not find elsewhere.

    Miranda is a pleasant person, she helped us and organized a tour on horses to the glacier. There was a washing machine and Miranda helped us with it. The kitchen is placed in a separate building on the territory. There were 2 dogs on the territory.

    This is a great place to stay in Zhibiani (the upper village). The location is fantastic and the welcome is amazing. The family is so friendly and the meals are delicious. Frequent offers of tea when you return after a wander are great. I have stayed here previously (twice) and returned because I loved it so much... Thanks David

    Super friendly and helpful staff, arranged our transport and horseback tour. Best breakfast we had during the whole trip. Location is perfect, in the prettiest part of Ushguli. Views are amazing to all directions. Very authentic local house, we loved it!

    the value for money was great. You are located in the middle of Ushguli in a recently built cabin. That's a perfect spot to know the village and feel like a local walking through the streets. It will be difficult to find the place by yourself, however the host contacted us the previous day to offer us a ride from Mestia to Ushguli. The price was more competitive than other taxi drivers and vans in Mestia. So highly recommended. The host also offered other services including horse rides, dinner or breakfast.

    A great location in the historical site among old towers and buildings. There are no modern buildings within this village and it creates a perfect atmosphere. The hotel is a cozy nice styled old house with 2 guest rooms and cafe. Very delicious food in cafe with European breakfasts and Georgian cuisine. Nice owners and big kind dog :) Hot water and good Wi-Fi Happy to get back again!
