A wonderful hotel in a central location in Thessaloniki. The reception team and all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful at every stage. I’ve had the opportunity to stay at many hotels around the world, and the service here ranks in my top three. The room layout, architectural design, and cleanliness were excellent. The valet service and partnership with a parking facility is a huge advantage in a city like Thessaloniki, where parking is limited. This is definitely a place I will return to.

This was my second time staying at The Mavili Urban Stay, and it was just as great as I remembered! Although it was only for one night, everything was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect. The attention to detail and the overall vibe of the hotel make it a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!

It was a great weekend, we loved everything, we will come again. We were looking for a 3 bedroom apartment in the city center and good thing we didn't find one available, instead we booked 3 separate rooms on the third floor at 72 AD Suites. It was great to have the whole family together and not disturb the other guests.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was super nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The hotel bar was a highlight—absolutely amazing staff and served great drinks. We also enjoyed the breakfast and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

We had the best stay! The stuff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The hotels location was perfect, plenty of restaurants nearby. Just across the fabulous restaurant O Loutros. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and fresh orange juice. We totally recommend it!! :)

I stayed for a few days with my son and we both loved it. Ping pong, table football, a basketball hoop, gym, computer game area, working space, and many other activities, 10 minutes walk from the restaurant district. Absolutely perfect for father and son time (though I’m sure my wife would have found plenty of areas for improvement :).

I can say without exaggeration that this week at The Modernist was one of, if not the best hotel experience I have ever had. I have the incredible hotel staff to thank for this, they helped me so much, gave me hundreds of recommendations for restaurants, cafes, bars and activities which turned out to be unique experiences. They were also always open for a little chat. Don't hesitate and book this hotel. It is very centrally located, you can get anywhere in the city very quickly and don't have to rely on cabs or public transport. The breakfast buffet is huge and there is something for every taste. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean, you feel at home as much as you can away from home. The minibar is also stocked with only local products. The rooms are also very quiet, even though they face the street. All in all, a perfect hotel experience - as a person who travels a lot, I can only recommend it.

    It’s a great place! It has a great location, the property is super clean, nice smell and truly pet friendly. The apartment has a very nice furniture. is spacious and is new and super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have booked this apartment because is pet friendly and we have traveled with our dog, but liked so much that definitely will choose this one every time we will be in Thessaloníki, even without our dog.

    The location is excellent, in the center of Thessaloniki, the room was super clean, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. For an extra charge our dog was welcomed to stay with us, they brought her a pet bed, bowl for food and water, towel and special shampoo for dogs 🐶. We also had the option to order breakfast in the room. Thank you for everything!
