The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was spacious and clean with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Location was perfect, short walk to the city walls and all the restaurants but far enough out to be quiet. Peter was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions. The outstanding feature was the pool! It was such an awesome space to sit and appreciate the view every day. The pool was also appreciated after hiking the steps back up for the old town! I would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment is fully furnished and have everything you could possibly need- a home away from home. Very modern and luxury in quet neighbourhood. It is 30 min away from the old town, but we did not mind walking. There are 2 big supermarkets , cafeterias, bakeries and restaurants just around the corner. The wifi was fast and the bed was comfortable. The owners was always a text message away and very helpful. We had a great time in Dubrovnik, thank you Niko.

Spotless cleanilness, impeccable comfort, felt really like home. Great facilities even the minimal detail was considered with care (oil and vinegar, variety of utensils rarely provided by others). The receptionist giving us warm welcome and very pleasant to have her as it gives us a very good impression on this hotel.The bellboy was very helpful. The waitress that bring us for our seat for breaksfast were friendly and always gives us a warm smile that make us feel like home for this 4 days. The room was excellent.
