Excellent host, absolutely fast and accurate communication during the stay. Magnificent spaces, each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet and in the lower part there is another bathroom with toilet. Excellently equipped kitchen, laundry room with equipment available. It was beyond our expectations, the hotel has a wonderful energy, same as the location, which is not fully captured by the photos. Very clean and highly maintained with a beautiful garden and pool with salt treatment and no chlorine! The staff is very kind and helpful. The owner is dedicated. We highly recommend this place.

The house is amazing. Suzzane and Jonny were very nice and informative. The house is beautiful, cozy, well equipped and all the details are covered. It is clean and well maintained. It had great air although we were there during August. Even chilli at night. We could use the outdoor kitchen and the pool and it was super! We should’ve stayed a little longer

Davide and Manu were amazing hosts, always available for any qestiins we had and offered many useful tips about the places to be visited in the area. The property is located in a quiet area and offers everything one needs for a weekend getaway. Bonus points for being pet friendly and having enclosed gardens for each of the apartments. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely would like to go back again.

Fantastic place. Friendly and very helpful hosts. Apartment decorated with great heart. Large, comfortable, with all facilities. Private bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful terrace/garden where you can have breakfast in the morning. The apartment is at the top/slope of the mountain. Access by car demanding, but the views, silence and location make up for this small inconvenience. Excellent place for families, couples and small groups of friends. A good place for trekking, cycling, hiking, and in winter probably for skiing (slope 14 km away). Good access to Pisa, Vinci, Florence and even Siena. My family and I we were delighted.
