We liked everything about this flat - it was the best accommodation among all the others that we booked during 2 5 weeks in Japan. the photos are very much accurate. The flat is very nice, clean, cozy and just felt like home. We especially liked the projector, it helped to entertain in rainy evenings or when we were too tired after the day trips.

We were able to check in earlier because the cleaning lady was already done cleaning. And if not, we would have been able to leave luggage there earlier than checkin time. Very nice hot shower. Big room for our daughter. Very nice small local restaurants near the train station (5min)

It was clean and in a great location. Can easily park nearby at a reasonable rate, only ¥600 for the night. The metro station is only a 10 minute walk away that provides easy access to the rest of Osaka. The communication with the building manager was very easy, with quick responses through the booking app. Friendly service, good location, clean building.

After reading a previous review I was concerned about the property but I needn’t have been. The house was clean and didn’t smell. The design of the house is beautiful. So much space. 9 of us stayed for one night a friends 50th birthday. We were all so impressed with the size of the house. Lovely large entrance with slippers laid out for us. Large lounge with veranda. The weather was lovely so we were able to sit outside. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed and more. Towels were provided and the shower was really large and powerful. The reason why we booked the house was because the karaoke room. It was great! A large selection of up to date songs. Disco light and aircon. A large load of bread, chocolates and some other food was left for us. The bread was delicious in the morning. The 11am checkout was really nice. We could relax in the morning before we left. The house is really close to the station so very convenient. Overall this house was perfect for our group of friends. We’d stay again.

For us, this was one of the highlights of our stay in Japan. We booked the corner room on a higher floor to enjoy the views of Osaka during night time, and boy it did not disappoint! From your room, you have the greatest views of the city through the enormous windows. The windows have automatic curtains and rolling shades on the outside, so a bit of privacy is easily arranged. The room amenities are excellent and the bathtub in the middle of the room is superb. You are also right across Shinsaibashi, so shopping is never far away. We tried the food in the restaurant, and it was excellent as well. It's a bit of a gastronomic experience.
