Fatima was an outstanding host! She offered us a tea with pastries as soon as we got there, and accommodated our request to get some extra heat. The house was very nice and typical, and Fatima let us choose the room we preferred. Excellent stay for a very fare price!

At gite El menzeh we spent a very comfortable night, welcomed by the owner and her brother despite a last-minute reservation. Dinner was prepared for us and also an excellent breakfast. The bed was the most comfortable during my 12-day stay around Morocco and the private bathroom was clean and with a comfortable and spacious shower. There is a parking lot 2/3 minutes away where we left the car for 10dirham per night (1€) and 5 minutes away you enter the heart of the village moulay Idriss. The owner is an attentive, helpful and friendly person.

Al Andaloussiya Diyafa, a typical Moroccan house is located in the holy city of Moulay Idriss. It offers panoramic views of Volubilis and the surrounding areas from the furnished terrace.

The hotel is very good. It is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The ambience is very nice and it smells lovely inside!! I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed!!

The location is basically right next to Volubilis. But that ia not the best part (as I thought initially). The owner, the food he prepares in the restaurant there and the pleasure of an honest talk... these are unquantifiable...

The breakfast was the best I've ever had. Mint tea, kiwi juice, bread, omelette, Moroccan toast, yoghurt, jam, honey .... I couldn't eat it all and I'm a big bloke. The location is in the center of the souk. I had to ask directions 3 times and eventually be guided there. The second time i only had to ask twice. The third time i took loads of photos to act as breadcrumbs. To be honest I could have phoned and asked 😁

The beautiful riad resides in a wonderfully refurbished historic building in the old town. The courtyard is like in a picture book with a small fountain and a palm tree in the middle and amazing decorations made of wood carvings, mosaique and plastering. You can relax on the rooftop in sun loungers to enjoy the great view onto the tower of the grand mosque and also refresh in the small pool.
