Price - about £75 a night for a whole apartment. The owner took the trouble to show me around and explain how everything worked, which was kind. Milk and bottled water were supplied. The place was very clean and cosy. It was also comfortable, especially the bed. The sitting room had two sofas. Fresh towels and additional coffee, etc were provided on the second day. The location was good: just 15 minutes from the tourist information office, where the intercity buses stop; and a couple of minutes from a Countdown supermarket; central Rotorua is quite small, so I was not far from anything in town.
