The house was warm for our arrival. Had a fully 3nclosed yard which helps with kids and the property were welcoming of our dog, which is very appreciated. The kitchen had everything one could need to make a meal, water in the showers hot and the beds are crisp clean. Communication was easy and all the processes of getting in and out very straightforward.

Lovely spacious house and grounds. Wonderful spa bath and comfy beds. Quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Place is great, good enough for a home away from home. Tania, the owner of the place was there to welcome when we arrived. Would stronly recommend Arches Cottage to anyone who need to stay in Twizel before heading to either MT Cook or Queenstown. The town centre is 5 mins drive & have 2 well stock supermarkets.

It was a quirky place. The cabin was clean and comfortable and staff (Kian) was so friendly and welcoming with lots of recommendations for things to do and places to go
