The place is clean and comfortable. It's as described and shown in the photos. All is functioning. View from the balcony is great! Pool is clean and not crowded. Community has a 711 shop and restaurant inside. Around 1km to crossroad(crossing) where you can take public transport, I sometimes walk to crossing or take a tricycles. Location is near the beach and a port. The private Vano Beach is with entrance fee but worth it.

Great hotel, big comfortable rooms, lots of food options, everything is very clean, service is great. The pool is huge and plenty of space for everyone - especially good for small kids with a dedicated kids pool and 2 paddling areas. Great for families.
