I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

We absolutely loved the simplicity but authenticity of the welcome. The room was ready, extremely clean and functional, although we arrived before the check-in time. When I enquired about some typical local food, the chef offered to cook it for me although it was not on the menu, and only charged us the equivalent of their cheapest dish on the menu. Needless to say, it was delicious! Because of our flight times, we were allowed to check out at 9pm, at no additional charge!! This kindness is absolutely unheard of (as far as I am concerned, in the hotel business). We watched a Worl Cup football match in the dining room, and we were generously offered some local, roasted peanuts with our drinks. Although our stay was short, the kindness of the staff, the comfort of the room (with the outside private seating area) and the convenient location of the hotel made our time there very relaxing and overall extremely enjoyable. We will definitely go back there if we ever return to Kigali!

I loved the peace and quiet at bedtime, and how we, though strangers, gave grace to each other like family. The games we played at the end of the day before bed were so much fun....I even learned new ones! The staff were very supportive, offering tips on places to visit and transport fares. Let’s just say, it was AMAZING—kudos!
