Amazing stay! I couldn’t fault this villa whatsoever, If I could rate this villa higher I would! It’s in the most beautiful secluded location, slightly hard to get too If you don’t have transport but our host offered us transport prior to arriving so we could rent mopeds. The villa it’s self is perfect, the kitchen is fully equipped the aircon is AMAZING in the heat. The outside shower was the best part of our stay, and the shared pool was may as well have been our own private pool it was so quiet! Our host was brilliant, we struggled to find the villa when we first got there as our taxi took us to the wrong location however, she was so patient and helpful. When we went to check out I had asked if we could pay for late checkout, which she honoured us for free as we had late flights! Overall our stay was absolutely perfect, I couldn’t fault Pepi and her husband they were the most attentive, helpful hosts. If we visit koh samui again we absolutely will be staying back in Villa Sun 2!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Hidden Gem in Koh Samui! Samui Hills in Bantalingam is pure paradise. The place has everything you could want for a relaxing island escape — stunning mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and total privacy. The owners are genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The facilities are top-notch: a sparkling swimming pool perfect for cooling off, a well-equipped gym to work off last night’s beers (which, by the way, are always ice cold), and even a pool table for those easy, social evenings. The sunrises here are absolutely breathtaking — you’ll want to wake up early just to catch them. It’s quiet, it’s comfortable, it’s got character. Between the views, the vibe, and the hospitality, Samui Hills is everything you hope for when you picture a peaceful retreat in Thailand. Highly recommended — I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The location and people at Lamai Chalet are what made this place a wonderful experience for us on Koh Samui. Fai, Koko and the team are all so lovely, so kind and really make the guests feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always go above and beyond for their guests. The location is further down Lamai beach so is nice and quiet and away from the crowds but still a short stroll along the beach to town or a quick scooter ride. We stayed in two different rooms, the poolside rooms we found the beds really comfortable, not your usual hard beds! Location was great right next to pool and a few steps to breakfast and the beach. The rooms are very basic but clean and adequate. The family bungalow down in the garden was also a good room as it had an interconnecting door. Beds not quite as comfy but a lovely little basic bungalow. Breakfast was great every day, we could pretty much order whatever we liked. Such a fantastic little chilled out place to relax, and get to know the locals. We will be back!

The sea view is great indeed, once you drive up the amazing view is even better than the pictures! We loved the place, clean near nature Far enough from the main road to be near nature but close to be on the beach in 12 minutes drive. We will come back.
