This place is a gem. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I was even late for breakfast by half an hour one day and the owner offered to make me some food with a smile on his face. Apart from the welcoming vibe, the place feels like a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle of La Marsa that awaits when you step outside of the premises. I was most taken back by the open plan kitchen/lounge area where breakfast is served which feels Tunisian with a bit of a modern twist. A really thought out interior where you can feel the attention to detail. Anyway I could carry on for a while but I loved this place. The people and the simple and tasty breakfasts make it all the worth while. Local shops are also very close by if you need to get cash, a phone card or grab a bite, nearest beach is a 5/10 minute walk. Thank you Dar El Kif, wish you all the best!

Amazing stay in La Marsa! The apartment was very clean and perfectly located — close to everything and in a beautiful neighborhood. Super easy to get around and enjoy the best the city has to offer. This is a top notch hotel! Employees were incredibly attentive to our needs. Everyone went above and beyond to help. Not to mention the great location and wonderful breakfast. Lastly, the bed linens were crisp and prestine. Room was impeccably clean and fresh. Loved the roof top terrace.

To begin with, the location was ideal. A short 20min ride from the airport. The apartment is located just off a busy road which has many shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The street is generally quiet at night. During the day there are local cafes and restaurants operating at your doorstep. A short easy 10 min walk brings you to the main popular tourist and visitors area by La Marsa beach and Al Ahmadi Mosque, the plaza and corniche etc.. I felt safe in this locality and everything was easily accessible. Coming out onto the main road also brings you to the buses and group taxis for easy transportation. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The lounge has the dining area alongside it and is equipped well all throughout. The toilets are clean and the shower is good. The bedroom sizes were perfect and bed was comfortable along with all the pillows and duvet. Can easily accommodate 4 adults. Host had good communication before and during my stay. Responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.
