The hotel is fairly new. Only 3 months old when we were there. We compared with other "cave" hotels, this is the most modern one. The others for us were dark and somewhat "creepy". As expected Ayazma was the opposite of that. It gave us the heritage feel but with modern amenities. The hospitality is 10/10. The owner took the time to personally greeted us even though our check in was very late. He also helped with guiding us thru the must-sees in Kapadokya and also with balloon ride bookings. He booked us with Urgup Balloons; one of the best company which gave the best balloon ride experience. All and all we regret staying only 2 nights. Ayazma was the best.

The front desk staff are incredible. Everything I asked or needed they were prompt with responses. One of the most hospitable hotels I've ever stayed at! the rooms were very clean as well, including the jet tub in our room (I have found those dirty in other hotels very often). The breakfast up top also offered a great selection, along with a beautiful view both inside or outside.

We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

Our family had a wonderful holiday at 4 Oda House. The room was small and dark, but that actually made it feel even more like a cave. It was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was Turkish-style, not a buffet, but served as if we were guests at someone’s home. There were five kinds of cheese, more than three types of bread, many spreads and olives – generous and delicious, so we could start each morning full and happy. The two managers were always around, asking what we needed and providing the best answers. This is probably the most memorable hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And I’ll miss the lovely dog, Mila, too.

The view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is perfect—surrounded by birdsong, stunning landscapes, the open sky, and ancient ruins. You feel immersed in both nature and history, and there’s a deep sense of peace. The hospitality is warm and genuine, making the hotel feel very welcoming. Cappadocia is already an incredible place, but experiencing it with Özge made it truly unforgettable. Thank you for everything.

Staying here was an absolute dream! The service was above and beyond. Our host treated us like family, and gave us the most amazing experience in Cappadocia! From wine, fruits, and fire on the terrace to a personalized tour of the town and surrounding areas, this was an experience that we truly will never forget. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, especially since we had a car. The view through the terrace window is stunning. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We were four people and only used part of the space—it could easily accommodate four more. I would gladly recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is very nice, it is possible to see everything from the terrace 360 ​​degrees, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious and sufficient, however, the fact that the hotel is a family business and its sincere approach to the customers makes it feel like it is in its own summer house rather than the hotel.     4Oda Cave house is a very cosy and rustic cave dwelling at the centre of Cappadochia and its attractions.The breakfasts were amazing and food came in abundance. The staff were very friendly and gave us local knowledge and insights into where to go during our 5 day stay. Mila the resident pet dog was also very friendly and keen to be present during breakfast!
