Jay working the front and answering the phones is amazing. I ran into an issue with booking on a 3rd party site, but i called in and he got my questions answered and got my driver booked into a very nice room with no hassle. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is very safe and very walkable. Many restaurants, cafes, shops, and nightlife within blocks of the hotel. We stayed on the 14th floor and the view was fabulous.
