The staff was most responsive and helpful. We asked them about the option for BBQ/grill which was not fully clarified in the property description. They promptly responded and to our pleasant surprise - there is a charcoal grill available any time with all necessary accessories like coal, fire starter etc for free... Simply amazing place.

The hotel is simply incredible, and the landscapes surrounding it are magnificent. The staff are lovely and very professional, it really is a magical place! The cocktails are excellent, as is the breakfast - there's something for everyone.

The hotel had lovely décor and a really nice feel about it. The pool area has nice views out to sea. The location was great, easy access getting around the area.
