This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the room we got allocated was really large with a lovely outdoor seating area in the front. You couldn't get closer to the beach, the parking was very handy too. The bar is also in the perfect spot for an evening drink with the fire pits too

My main goal was to find a pet friendly room where I could sort of move in with food and have enough room for my 2 dogs. This hotel was super. It had great space and an amazing view along with easy access to areas to walk dogs along the beach. The little kitchette made it easy to prepare quick meals and store food.I found all staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and breakfast was great too. I’ll definitely come back!

Great stay for a family of 4, our cat and our dog - we had to leave the house for a couple of days for construction, but needed to stay near home. Very good rate for suite size. Clean property, friendly staff, pet friendly!

The property is locate it in a good place minutes away to the beach. My suite room has everything I ask, big enough for my family. I love that is a pet friendly space , having a dog park was great idea for my pet. And then giving us a complementary drink was unexpected but nice of the hotel. I would for sure come back and tell friends about this place.

The staff were the most friendly I've encountered. Clean room, comfortable beds/pillows, quiet location, elevator access to upper floors, excellent location to Pismo Beach Pier and beach access, laundromat next door, and pet friendly. They offered a treat for my dog, followed up via text the day after check in to ensure we had everything we needed, and made a special trip to our room to deliver extra blankets late at night. I will definitely be staying at Edgewater Inn & Suites for all future trips to Pismo Beach.
