The accommodation is great, the air conditioning works perfectly, but in very hot weather you have to wait a few hours for it to cool down completely if it hasn't been turned on for days. Later on, however, there are no such problems. The accommodation is well equipped, there is Netflix, which we appreciated. Sometimes the fuses can't handle the power consumption, they turned off twice. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. Tamer is one of the most outstanding hosts we have ever met! His helpfulness, kindness, and goodwill are far above average! I can only recommend the accommodation!

Very cosy apartment, total new and nicely furnished. You have sea view from all rooms, except one of the two bedrooms. The apartment is fully equipped, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The handover of the keys was easy, a friend of the owner was waiting at the apartment. The owner was every time available via WhatsApp, in case there is any issue. There is a supermarket nearby and also restaurants and beach clubs. The house is located in a quiet area in Lapta though you are next to all facilities easy to reach within 5-10 minutes by car. I can really recommend this apartment.
