Even though we arrived too late, Kim gave us all the facilities to enter the house without any problems. Ferienhaus Herrenschmiede is a very tastefully decorated house, with a great attention to detail in every corner. We were surprised by the number of amenities provided, with a wide range of possibilities for outdoor activities nearby, both in summer and winter. On top of that, after we found out we forgot a beanie at the house upon our departure, Kim very kindly offered to send it back to my address. All in all, highly recommendable accommodation in every aspects and we will surely make sure to come back if we get the chance.

Everything was absolutely PERFECT! The hosts greeted us at arrival and were incredibly welcoming and gave us a lot of ideas on where to go and what to see during our stay. The apartment was so clean and had a nice atmosphere in every room. The views outside all the windows were stunning too. The backyard was very organized and had multiple sitting areas, hammocks, and a river nearby. Multiple great hikes near the apartment and the town down the road was very cute too. We saw ski equipment drying racks too, that would be very useful for traveling in the winter. Again, an amazing experience!
